Ian Lowe

Sourdough Baker

Ian is the owner and founder of Apiece, a neighbourhood bakery in Tasmania specialising in naturally-leavened breads, pizze and breakfast pastries.  Lowe was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1978.  He has worked for Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, Sam Mason, Gordon Ramsay and Chika Tillman in New York City, and Daniel Chirico in Melbourne.
