Cultured Butter Maker

Naomi Ingleton is the founder of King Valley Dairy (formally Myrtleford Butter Factory) producers of innovative naturally cultured Dairy. Naomi has studied natural fermentation and culturing of cream for butter making through a Winston Churchill Memorial trust fellowship working with some of the leaders in natural cultured butter in Sweden and France. Whilst in Sweden Naomi stayed and worked with the Butter Viking, maker of the famous Virgin Butter served at Restaurant Noma in Denmark.
